  • Orders are shipped from our EU fulfilment centre (Germany).

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 3–7 business days, depending on country.

  • Flat rate: £8.99.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.

United States

  • Orders are shipped from our US fulfilment centre.

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Flat rate: $11.00.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • UK customers can track directly via Royal Mail.

  • EU and US customers can track via Amazon Logistics.

Delivery Issues

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  3. Check with neighbours, household members, or safe places.

  4. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of dispatch so we can investigate with the carrier.
