Fresh Vegetable Salad with Seed Sprinkle

Ingredients

  • Sliced carrots, courgettes, cucumbers and capers

  • A few sprigs of fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or mint, edible flowers)

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Olive oil and lemon juice / tahini and olive oil dressing

Method

Arrange vegetables in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then finish with a sprinkle of your seed blend for crunch and nutrients.

Thai-Style Seed Salad

A fresh, vibrant salad full of Thai-inspired flavours, crunchy vegetables, and a zingy lime dressing. Perfect for a light but satisfying hormone-supporting meal. 

Ingredients

  • 1 small bok choy, shredded

  • Handful baby sweetcorn, sliced lengthways

  • Fresh greens (spinach, lettuce, or mixed leaves)

  • Handful bean sprouts

  • Fresh herbs (Thai basil, mint, or coriander)

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Handful crushed nuts (cashews or peanuts)

  • Lime wedges

Dressing

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Mix bok choy, baby corn, greens, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together until smooth.

  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss well.

  • Handful of rocket (arugula)
