Hormone-Balancing Berry Shake

A fruity shake designed to naturally balance your hormones and boost antioxidant intake.

Nutritional balance (per serving)

  • Calories ~220 kcal
  • Protein ~7g (yoghurt + seeds)
  • Carbs ~28g (berries + oat milk)
  • Fibre ~7g (berries + seeds)
  • Healthy fats ~7g (seeds + yoghurt)

Ingredients

  • 150g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100g natural yoghurt (or plant-based)
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve immediately, with or without ice.

Creamy Avocado Seed Smoothie

A rich, creamy smoothie that’s full of healthy fats, greens, and fibre to keep energy stable.

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml almond milk

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
