🎥 Required Video Format

​To help us feature your video on our social channels and website, please follow these guidelines:

  • Record in portrait mode (vertical)

  • Keep it under 60 seconds

  • Make sure your Seed Cycle packet is visible

  • Clearly explain:

    • Why you started using Seed Cycle

    • How you include it in your daily routine

    • How it’s made you feel (energy, mood, skin, cycle, etc.)

  • Speak clearly in a well-lit and quiet environment
