Healthy Fruit Yogurt

Creamy Coconut & Vanilla Seed Cycle Pudding

A creamy, plant-based pudding topped with vibrant, fresh fruits to nourish and energise your body.

Ingredients:

  • 400ml coconut milk (full-fat, canned)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Fresh fruit toppings:

    • Sliced pear

    • Blueberries

    • Kiwi slices

    • Cherries (halved, stones removed)

    • Fresh fig slices

Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon Seed Cycle blend until well combined.

  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until creamy and thickened.

  3. Stir pudding gently and spoon into serving bowls or glasses.

  4. Top each serving generously with slices of pear, kiwi, fig, cherries, and a handful of fresh blueberries.

  5. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of Seed Cycle blend.

Seed-Boosted Fruit Crumble
A healthy crumble bursting with berries and seed goodness.

Ingredients:

  • Mixed berries, oats, cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend, maple syrup

 

Method: Place fruit in dish, top with oats mixed with seeds and syrup, bake until golden.

Chia Seed Cycle Pudding

A creamy pudding boosted with seeds for balanced health.

Ingredients:

  • Chia seeds, almond milk

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Fresh fruit topping

 

Method: Mix chia seeds and milk, refrigerate overnight, top with seeds and fruit.

Greek Yoghurt Seed Bow

Ingredients:

  • Greek yoghurt or Kefir 

  • Granola

Method:
