Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet

  • Lemon, salt, pepper

  • Steamed broccoli

 

Method: Sprinkle salmon with seeds, bake or grill until cooked. Serve with broccoli.

Seed Cycle Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • Mixed vegetables
