Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

A warming soup made rich and nourishing with seed topping.

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash, diced and roasted

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 600ml vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Salt, pepper

 

Method:

1. Roast the and onion in a pre-heated oven (190degrees) for 25 minutes of until soft and golden.

2. Blend the roasted squash, onion and stock until smooth.

3. Heat gently and sprinkle seeds on top before serving.

Seed-Boosted Tomato Soup
Classic tomato soup boosted with nutritious seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 400g fresh tomatoes

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Fresh basil

  • 500ml vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

 

Method: Cook tomatoes, garlic, basil, and stock; blend until smooth. Top with seeds before serving.

Creamy Spinach Seed Soup

A vibrant green soup packed with flavour and hormonal health benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 200g spinach

  • 1 potato, diced

  • 500ml vegetable broth

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Dash of cream or coconut milk

 

Method: Cook spinach and potato in broth, blend until creamy, stir through cream, top with seeds.
