Chocolate & Date Slices with Fresh Strawberries
Incorporating Seed Cycle into your daily snacks is a simple and nourishing way to support your hormones naturally throughout the day. These rich, naturally sweet slices are packed with fibre, healthy fats, magnesium, and protein — the perfect springtime treat to enjoy with fresh seasonal strawberries.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Seed Cycle Phase 1 or Phase 2 Mix

1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup ground almonds

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tbsp coconut oil,

melted1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Fresh strawberries, to serve

Method:

  1. Blend dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.

  2. Add the Seed Cycle mix, ground almonds, cacao powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and sea salt.

  3. Blend until fully combined.

  4. Press the mixture into a lined small tray or dish.

  5. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, then slice into small squares.

  6. Serve with a handful of fresh strawberries for a delicious springtime boost!

Healthy Chocolate Chip Seed Cycle Cookies

This warm and comforting porridge is perfect for a nourishing start to your day. Packed with creamy oats and your daily Seed Cycle blend, it provides long-lasting energy and supports natural hormonal balance.

Ingredients:

  • 150g oat flour (or finely ground oats)

  • 100g almond flour or ground almonds

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 60ml coconut oil (melted)

  • 60ml pure maple syrup or honey

  • 1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 60g dark chocolate chips or chunks (70% cocoa or higher)

  • 2 tablespoons Seed Cycle blend (Phase 1 or Phase 2)​

 

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, and your Seed Cycle blend.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.

  5. Roll the dough into evenly sized balls and flatten them onto the lined baking tray.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12–14 minutes until golden around the edges.

  7. Allow cookies to cool slightly on the tray, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Ingredients:

  • 100g pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 60g oats

  • 2 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Coconut flakes for coating​

 

Method: Blend all ingredients (except coconut) until sticky. Roll into balls, coat with coconut flakes, and refrigerate.

Seed-Topped Rice Cakes

A quick, crunchy snack topped with creamy avocado and nutritious seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 brown rice cakes

  • Half avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Sea salt, squeeze of lemon

 

Method: Top rice cakes with avocado, sprinkle seeds, add salt and lemon juice.
