Kale and Quinoa Seed Salad
A nourishing salad packed with greens, grains, and crunchy seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 100g cooked quinoa

  • Handful kale

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Lemon dressing

 

Method: Mix quinoa, kale, avocado, dress with lemon dressing, sprinkle seeds.

Roasted Veggie Seed Salad
Hearty roasted vegetables tossed in a seed-topped salad.

Ingredients:

  • Roasted sweet potato and beetroot

  • Rocket leaves

  • Crumbled feta

  • 1 tbsp Seed Cycle blend

  • Olive oil, lemon juice

 

Method: Toss veggies, rocket, and feta. Drizzle dressing and top with seeds.
